Real Estate Camera Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Real Estate Camera processes account information and listing photographs to provide photo enhancement, furniture removal, and virtual staging. Photographs are uploaded to Convex, sent to the configured AI processing provider (currently fal.ai), and stored with the resulting image so the signed-in user can access their projects.
Data we process
- Account identifiers, including email address and authentication records.
- Listing photographs selected or captured by the user and AI-generated results.
- Project names and optional property addresses entered by the user.
- Purchase, subscription, credit-ledger, and transaction identifiers from Stripe, Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat.
- Technical diagnostics and security logs needed to operate and protect the service. Diagnostics must not contain photo bytes, signed photo URLs, passwords, tokens, or payment secrets.
- Device identifiers, IP address, device details and app activity used for advertising measurement, as described below.
Why we process it
- Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested photo service.
- Maintain projects, credit balances, purchases, subscriptions, and account access.
- Detect abuse, investigate failures, comply with law, and respond to support requests.
- Measure which ads lead to installs and purchases, and share conversion results with ad networks.
Service providers
- Convex: authentication, database, server actions, and file storage.
- fal.ai and the selected model provider: image processing.
- Stripe: hosted web checkout, payment details, billing management, and payment/refund/dispute events. We store customer, subscription, and transaction identifiers, not card details.
- Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat: mobile purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement events.
- Singular Labs: mobile advertising measurement and conversion reporting, as described below.
These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-processing agreements.
Advertising measurement (Singular)
We use Singular Labs, a mobile measurement service, in our iOS and Android apps. It helps us measure which ads lead to installs, trials and purchases.
Singular collects the following data:
- Device identifiers. On iOS, these include the IDFV and, only if you allow tracking through App Tracking Transparency, the IDFA. On Android, they include the advertising ID and App Set ID.
- Your IP address, used to determine your country, not your precise location.
- Your device model, operating system and app versions, and language.
- App activity, including installs, sessions, paywall views, trial starts and paid purchases.
RevenueCat forwards purchase and renewal events to Singular. This data is linked to you through device identifiers and purchase records.
We use this data for analytics and to measure our advertising. Singular processes it as our service provider. It sends conversion results to Apple Ads, Meta, Google, TikTok and Reddit so we can measure and improve our ad spending.
When you allow tracking on iOS, this use is tracking under Apple's definition.
On iOS, choose "Ask App Not to Track" in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change your choice in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID. These choices limit use of your advertising identifier. Other app activity and purchase data may still be processed for measurement and app functionality.
Our website uses the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel. When you visit a page, they record which page you opened and whether you tapped an App Store or Google Play link, along with your IP address, browser type and cookie IDs. Meta and TikTok use this to tell us which ads brought people to the site, and they may use it to show you ads. To stop it, turn on tracking protection in your browser or use a content blocker.
To request deletion of advertising measurement data, email support@realestatecamera.app.
Retention and deletion
Project photos and results remain available until the user deletes the photo, project, or account, subject to short-lived operational backups and legal obligations. Account deletion is available in Settings.
User choices
Users control Camera and Photos permissions in device settings. Users may delete photos, projects, or the account in the app and may contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion where applicable.
Children
The service is intended for real-estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable local age).
